I was baptized when I was 15 years old but I back slid because my foundation was weak, but because I have been watching the seventh day Adventist I have since recommitted my faith and trust in God. I thank God for this everyday and my life has changed, I regret not following God all these years, may God forgive me for not following as I should.
You are right to ask for forgiveness and to atone as we all are called to do. However, please understand we're all Sinners God knows your heart he knows where you were walking all this time and where you were stumbling also like it says in job he knew us before we were formed in the womb so he knows everything about you and he loves you and obviously the Holy Spirit was calling you home and you listened and that's what matters so don't berate yourself just rejoice and coming home to Christ.

It didn't say every eye would "recognize" Him....that is more important! Every eye saw Jesus at His 1st coming, but how many recognized Him and believed in Him right away! Also the Bible is very clear that the return of Christ will be with A NEW NAME. See Revelation 3:12 verse. Baha'u'llah is the return of Christ. His Faith is called the Bahai Faith.

@@sunupvk If you go back two verses you'll see it's referring to the parable of the fig tree. From the time Israel would become a nation again which was 1948, the generation would not pass. Basically, there will be people still alive during the tribulation that were born at the time Israel budded forth again as a nation. Many preachers and teachers can explain this verse.

It was the 1st century generation, those people were right in from of Him, not 2000yrs in the distance. There are 101 vs in the NT that stay consistent with this very theme. "Soon" always meant SOON. You cant change its meaning just to fit what you were taught, unless you are ok with suffering the consequences of doing so, that are laid out in Rev 22:18-20.

The generation that was, standing in front of Him, 2000yrs ago is the one that saw everything He said would happen (which is everything the prophets had declared), come to pass in the revolt and war of the Jews that led up to destruction of Jerusalem and the temple in 70AD. The recorded history accounts match what was prophecied - "not a single stone was left on another", the Roman's took the foundation stones that were gold and drug them away. There is literally nothing left of the original temple today. There is an overwhelming amount of internal evidence in the bible itself, for anyone with a sound mind, to reach the conclusion of a 1st century fulfillment of eschatology. As if that wasn't enough, the historical evidence strengthens it even more. The reality is that it all already happened and we now are in the kingdom age without end, that was established back then, as Daniel foretold. Before you say "that can't be, just look at this world, it's so wicked" go read Rev 22 again and notice the state of the 'new heaven and earth' - this AFTER judgement of everyone being cast into Lake of fire, there are leaves on the tree in the city "that are for the healing of the nations"...now why would people still need healing if this supposed to be a Utopia? Time still continues because the fruit of tree produces "every month"...can't measure a month without time (day and night). There are still wicked people OUTSIDE THE CITY...post judgement...remember this is in the newly established earth. It's unequivocally clear that the bible teaches a different idea of the "time of the end" (NOT "end of time") and the world that would exist afterwards, than what is taught in church. The problem is that we were all raised on this false concept of impending doom and 'worlds going to end' mentality but we were duped. Some of it due to greed by those in charge but I'd say most of it due to simple ignorance of Gods word, i.e. not truly "studying to show ourselves approved... "

I thank you for the last part about luke 17, yes I was sure that one will be taken and one left, but as other preachers keep saying the one taken will be taken in the rapture, I was confused, but did not know how to justify it. Today I have the correct answer. I have a question, please explain luke 21:36 which also connects with revelation 3:10. This was God's promise for me whenever I have prayed and sought Him for directions and answers concerning my life. It's similar to 2 Peter 2:9 "The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished" It does not say anything about tribulation. If it did, then, tribulation would have been used. Not to mention, this is also in the third chapter of revelation in a message to the first churches in Asia, far before any discussion of the end of the age in later chapters. Context is important, too: read Revelation 3:9.
Everyone seems so excited about Christ's return, my question to any "Christian" is, do you have a testimony of Jesus? Jesus said they who are saved are the ones who have a testimony of him. How does Galatians 6:2 line up in your "Christian" walk? This is the law of Christ, to bear one another's burdens, to love and provide for the body of Christ. Are you serving a building that God is not in, or are you serving the true church, fellow believers who are reborn in Christ. Don't be deceived another day being busy bodies in these buildings. These are simple places we gather to worship and provoke one another to love and good works. Jesus demonstrated this well in his earthly ministry, i pray God will give someone eyes to see and ears that can hear this. Much love in Jesus name everyone ❤
This was amazing and I am so happy to know the truth. So many pastors and movies show the depiction of “one taken and one left behind” as if the one left behind will be going through turmoil and the one taken is the rapture. Which totally doesn’t follow what happened in Noah’s day or Sodom. The ones taken actually died and the one left behind was saved from death.
In the coming of jesus christ The bible did not use the word second the bible just use the word coming of the LORD. Dear Pastor Finley, Iam so fortunate and glad I came across your teachings on Utube. I learned a lot about your teachings from Revelation. It was like being in a class at a university. I learned so much, and was raised Catholic, but feel The Lord led me to your teachings. It cleared the air on a lot of Biblical teachings, as I studied The Word on the internet. So many teachings were soooo awesome like how you taught about the book of Daniel. I leaned many things I never knew before, and you had such detailed knowledge of Daniel, and how he was forced to leave Jerusalem under the Babylonian King, and trained and tauggt in the King's court to be trained as a puppet king possibly, in another nation of the king's choosing. @Infinite Adriannn true. No pastor is able to explain verse 34. Actually tribulation is when the Roman army under Titus massacred the jews. And christ came just before that and took the chosen ones.
@@sunupvk If you go back two verses you'll see it's referring to the parable of the fig tree. From the time Israel would become a nation again which was 1948, the generation would not pass. Basically, there will be people still alive during the tribulation that were born at the time Israel budded forth again as a nation. Many preachers and teachers can explain this verse.

It was the 1st century generation, those people were right in from of Him, not 2000yrs in the distance. There are 101 vs in the NT that stay consistent with this very theme. "Soon" always meant SOON.
You cant change its meaning just to fit what you were taught, unless you are ok with suffering the consequences of doing so, that are laid out in Rev 22:18-20.

The generation that was, standing in front of Him, 2000yrs ago is the one that saw everything He said would happen (which is everything the prophets had declared), come to pass in the revolt and war of the Jews that led up to destruction of Jerusalem and the temple in 70AD. The recorded history accounts match what was prophecied - "not a single stone was left on another", the Roman's took the foundation stones that were gold and drug them away. There is literally nothing left of the original temple today.
There is an overwhelming amount of internal evidence in the bible itself, for anyone with a sound mind, to reach the conclusion of a 1st century fulfillment of eschatology. As if that wasn't enough, the historical evidence strengthens it even more.
The reality is that it all already happened and we now are in the kingdom age without end, that was established back then, as Daniel foretold. Before you say "that can't be, just look at this world, it's so wicked" go read Rev 22 again and notice the state of the 'new heaven and earth' - this AFTER judgement of everyone being cast into Lake of fire, there are leaves on the tree in the city "that are for the healing of the nations"...now why would people still need healing if this supposed to be a Utopia? Time still continues because the fruit of tree produces "every month"...can't measure a month without time (day and night). There are still wicked people OUTSIDE THE CITY...post judgement...remember this is in the newly established earth.
It's unequivocally clear that the bible teaches a different idea of the "time of the end" (NOT "end of time") and the world that would exist afterwards, than what is taught in church.
The problem is that we were all raised on this false concept of impending doom and 'worlds going to end' mentality but we were duped. Some of it due to greed by those in charge but I'd say most of it due to simple ignorance of Gods word, i.e. not truly "studying to show ourselves approved... "

I thank you for the last part about luke 17, yes I was sure that one will be taken and one left, but as other preachers keep saying the one taken will be taken in the rapture, I was confused, but did not know how to justify it. I have a question, please explain luke 21:36 which also connects with revelation 3:10. This was God's promise for me whenever I have prayed and sought Him for directions and answers concerning my life. This is the comfort I have in my Savior that He is always there with me no matter what i am going through.

It does not say anything about tribulation. If it did, then, tribulation would have been used. Not to mention, this is also in the third chapter of revelation in a message to the first churches in Asia, far before any discussion of the end of the age in later chapters. Context is important, too: read Revelation 3:9.

Everyone seems so excited about Christ's return, my question to any "Christian" is, do you have a testimony of Jesus? Jesus said they who are saved are the ones who have a testimony of him. How does Galatians 6:2 line up in your "Christian" walk? This is the law of Christ, to bear one another's burdens, to love and provide for the body of Christ. Are you serving a building that God is not in, or are you serving the true church, fellow believers who are reborn in Christ. Don't be deceived another day being busy bodies in these buildings. These are simple places we gather to worship and provoke one another to love and good works. Jesus demonstrated this well in his earthly ministry, i pray God will give someone eyes to see and ears that can hear this. Much love in Jesus name everyone ❤

This was amazing and I am so happy to know the truth. So many pastors and movies show the depiction of “one taken and one left behind” as if the one left behind will be going through turmoil and the one taken is the rapture. Which totally doesn’t follow what happened in Noah’s day or Sodom. The ones taken actually died and the one left behind was saved from death.
