With your recent progress there are concerns that you will grow complacent in success and won't be motivated to maintain the high standards required by the company. To keep you from resting on your laurels here is some helpful negative feedback.
You are not good enough.
You will never amount to anything.
A better employee would have done all of this months ago.
Your oil distillation is an unoptomized mess that voids most of its products.
You don't know what the void really is.
Your factory cleanliness is only "meets expectations" and not "exceeds expectations"
The Hamcorp board of directors does not find your quarterly power point presentations as exciting as those of your peers.

14:56 The effect of a bottomless pit can be created by alternating black and grey glass in several layers, and placing a light source underneath them that is not too bright. It will feel as if this pit goes to the core of the planet, but because of the depth there is a kind of haze, preventing to look deeper.

Hello. I like this training manual, it's enjoyable to view the process of progression through the modpack. About the tunnel to the core - you can utilize this at least for stairs to parts of your processing lines (like give access to platline by walking, not flying :) you can do stairs even without handrails - catwalks mod allows that). Also if you want to enhance your power generation for processing lines, you can slap a few nuclear reactors, just for logical end of machine rooms (you know, nuclear melting goes down, not up xdd). Else you can just make lava pool and say "We reached magma. We cant build in magma, not with our current equipment"
14:30 you could make a couple of rows of black stained glass to simulated an abyss better that just black antiblocks i think

I love your videos!! Watch them all. I would love to be able to have a .pdf of something of those nice schematics you have throughout. Helps me a lot of see the diagrams of the platline for example. Or any process. I could take a picture, but not quite the same. And, I would pay for them. Something to think about. Thanks again for making my GTNH experience not as hellish. I truly love this pack.
