Devil MV was made by Super Junior themselves not SM, Devil era is the history of Label SJ existence begin. SM didn't allow SuJu comeback at that time but SuJu ignored and got mad to SM, so SuJu made Devil MV with their own money and their idea concept that they wanted. When Devil MV uploaded on YT, suddenly SM deleted it coz there was no SM Logo on the MV. SuJu is the example of real crazy group in Kpop lol. I'm so glad they have their own label Label SJ, they are more free they can do anything without asking permission first to SM.
You’re doing very well with the members! XD Devil was released for their 10th anniversary. Sadly, Shindong and Sungmin were already enlisted by then. But totally agree with you that they’re having so much fun, especially during the bridge when they do a little free-style dance section. Over the years they’ve made that section more ridiculous to follow the leader which always makes it fun to see what they come up with XD
I like that they genuinely seem to enjoy their craft, it feels very much so like they actually mean what they sing and perform. Feels different from a lot of things in Kpop tbh

Devil is so fun because they have a random play dance segment where a member does one thing and the others have to copy it and its almost different every performance. Plus the song rocks so haha, Leeteuk and Eunhyuk will get some time to know, even Koreans mixed them a lot still after 15 years. In variety shows they subtitle them as Leeteuk and "Not Leeteuk" because a lot of people think Eunhyuk is Leeteuk.
I agree with you fully, they always look like they genuinely are having fun when they perform. I just watched my first ever SuJu live stage on Patreon and I also noticed it there. That was amazing!

In every live version, after Heechul's rap it's follow the leader so someone makes up a dance move, the others try to do it too. It has gotten very silly by now XD This song is important in Suju history for a lot of reasons. It was part of a special album for the 10th anniversary. After the repackage, it was the last thing to be released before Eunhyuk, Siwon and Donghae went to do their military service, and with Shindong and Sungmin already in it, it was mostly "hiatus" time. This album was made by Suju, SM was not paying any attention to them so Suju made the album and MV on their own, after that debacle SJ label was born (we're angry at the label right now, but it's still a great acomplishment). Also, it's the last album with Kangin in it (the repackage version), he was in Sorry Sorry and Mamacita as well so you've seen him before, he was Suju' papa bear, so both fans and members miss him dearly. You did great guessing the members, one way to get them right is with the dance moves. If he's dancing with more flare or better, then it's Eunhuyk or Donghae (or Shindong). Yesung's dancing... well, at some point you'll learn about his octopus moves... (this is me recommending Super Duper live again) Anyway, if you think it's not very Suju to have a rock or hard concepts... then we haven't talk to you about his debut song or Don't Don. Twins is a hard MV to take seriously now, but Don't Don is a great song, I do recommend that one to you ;)

I do wonder what you may think of them without knowing much about them... it's hard to explain how weird and particular they actually are XD I do think Don't Don is a great song. Twins is good as well, it's just the MV that is very... dated. It's very dramatic, with CGI fire everywhere... Actually, Don't Don MV is very dramatic too, it's just better executed.

YES you got them right! 🤣 The one with the glasses is Donghae, the bright blue is Eunhyuk, in white Siwon, Dark Navy Blue Leeteuk, Yesung in the Gray and black, and Kangin in the dark blue or left at the end. Heechul, Ryeowook and Kyunghoon you got down. 🥰 I guess the best way to remember their names is to watch lyric videos. It also helps with identifying them by Voice. That's how I did it.

I think once you can differentiate Eunhyuk and Leeteuk the rest will be easy, maybe. and I’m sure you’ll be able to pin down Donghae’s face soon, he doesn’t really look like any of the other members. But many people do confuse Eunhyuk with Leeteuk I just watched your “Superman SS4” reaction! You asked if they’re holding lightsicks, yes they are! And yep lightsticks were a thing since back then.
