    That was fantastic Cape Breton Fiddle!!!! I grew up in Waltham, right next to Watertown listening to my mothers music from down home. She grew up in Judique. Thank you.

      @@gthomas785 Updated the description. Thanks! From your prompt, I went back to the recording from Howie’s 1985 cassette “Howie MacDonald and His Cape Breton Fiddle”. From there I got the title for the third reel. The tempo in this performance is exactly the same, from march to reel, as it was in the recording 39 years earlier. He’s got that locked in…
