Really feel tha Emily did rather well to maintain such compusure for so long in the face of some quite malicious taunting, Bravo. Edward may have meant well, but it does seem he got a liitle carried away
Very enjoyable and Lolly's delivery was pitch-perfect. Though I felt Asim's cameo from "upon high" drew the focus away from her for the 12th day. Maybe would have been better to have him walk on to the stage and have him stand beside her? 🤷♀
Fun, but I thought this was reserved for *actual* letters. This reminds me of when my friend and mentor Shelley Berman's "hotel soap story" was paraded all over the early internet as a supposed "real set of letters" despite it clearly including his signature (S. Berman) platered all over it...
I've heard this one before but Lolly's delivery, little giggles and hmphs really do it justice.
Lolly's delivery is absolutely superb! What fun, thank you
Hilarious, and perfect delivery from Ms Adefope (and "solicitor") 😂
Mr Chaudhry too :)
Lolly Adefope. National Treasure.
We couldn’t agree more!
was there to see her deliver this .....fantastic..
Kitty!!! ❤
This is a reimagining of Frank Kelly’s Christmas Countdown, first broadcast on RTE on December 25th, 1983. It’s an Irish comedy classic.
I love his version so much, it has me in stitches no matter how many times I listen to it 😂
Yea your right.
I thought these letters were all supposed to be written by real people
Frank wins hands down with his Guvnit O Lunacy and the dirty Jezabel!!!!!!
@ Gobnait O’Lunasa! And Nuala was the gift giver!
There was an article in Mad Magazine that had the same idea... in 1979.
Ms. Adefope is sooo good!
As also "The Solicitor".
What fun! Lolly does a perfect job.

Bravo!!! 🤩
Thank you sooooo much 🌻😂🌻
This could only be read by this lady.
But why does she say "twenty-sick" instead of "twenty-sixth"? Why can't the English say "sixth"?
@@FigaroHey accents are a thing

Dear Nula?
Brilliant! 😂
Taskmaster represented!
Without moving the fish bowl...
@@SimonMoon5 Well, she did, then.
But, not during this task.

Probably worth mentioning that you are linking to Frank Kelly writing a similar letter to his Dear Nula 😃
@@Epicurus341 yup. As a matter of principle I don't click on bare links in comments because they're usually spam. This is a good one though :)
