Notice that he doesn't over mix his colors ...he takes in the shape and mixes the approximate color he sees or wants....in class I watched him do a quick sketch of a model and there was no preliminary line drawing...he just mixed a "shadow color" and put it down and it read...Huihan was also an instructor at the famous Guangzhou Academy...China's loss, America's gain.
