I saw another set up i think it was USA, in a hot area. The person custom built for their black Friesens and they had walk in and out for the mares as well but because of hotter climate they also had air conditioning. The builder was the one showing off their work and they were quoting the owners words when designing the barn,.. “they’re black, and pregnant, they need to be able to get out of the sun when needed and cool off. If i am not mistaken they also had cooling and heating under the stall floors as well. There are some people out there who really take care of their horses.

I love this stable! The team obviously cares more about quality over quantity and the horses live like royalty. Royalty that get to act like actual horses, mind you. I think this is the best stable featured on your channel! All the horses have so much freedom! If only other luxury stables operated the same way.

Best stable tour ever! She obviously cares about her horses well being! It's refreshing to see the horses being given their own choice of environments.......the freedom of choice is everything!.......THAT is how you should run a stable.!

yes unfortunately many stables are surviving on a shoe string and also not very good land for horses.
German stable owners, wow their standard is so high 🥰
I mean while probably true he's not going to people without money. I bet you could go to a normal person's house and it wouldn't be anything like this.
Most German stables are nothing at all like this. Most horses live no where near this standard because most Germans do not have this kind of money or desire to spend their money to support this kind of lavish lifestyle. Beautiful and utopic, but absolutely the exception.
And yet German stables here are known for their rampant proplems with abuse and abusive training thecniques 🙄
In my experience family operated, small stables like this one (obviously most aren't that fancy) really treat their horses the best and there are a lot of them here in Bavaria
The expression on the bay stallion says it all, 3rd generation with her and he looks sweet as a lamb and such a mommies boy! What an amazing operation

Just for a second, let 800 years sink in...kind of mind blowing. Julia could not be kinder and her barn is exquisitely designed with her horses comfort in mind. That's one of the most, if not best, stable I've ever seen. I thoroughly enjoyed this video!

Leider ist der nicht so pferdegerecht. Zwar gibt es Weiden, allerdings haben die Pferde in der Regel nur temporären Auslauf dort und die meisten Boxen haben dort leider keinen Auslauf 🙁
This is my favourite place so far. She obviously cares deeply about her horses and their welfare, and designed the stable around that. Heartwarming to see ♥️
In my opinion this is the best stable you've toured yet. I love that the horses are out all of the time. It reminds me of how my barn cares for our horses.
So glad to see a stable like this where the horses get to choose if they want to go outside. She seems very sweet, really cares about the horses. Definitely my favorite stable you've shown so far. Would love to see more stables like this
What a wonderful, happy, genuine & unpretentious woman! It's all about the horses and their comfort and benefit, then the little touches for the "team". Just so so amazing. The thought of the castle being in her family for 1000 years literally blew my little mind. HOLY Shitballs.

I love how they do most (if not, all) off the work in their stable! It shows how much they love their horses and how much effort they put into the horses. Very high quality and it shows! 🙌🏼💗

i'm in love with this lady and her wonderful property and horses. she's so kind, gentle and humble. she clearly has a lot of wealth, yet she doesn't seem to flaunt it in the slightest. she provides the best for her horses and she clearly loves all of them dearly. this is the person i strive to become.
This is the Ritz of stables. For those of us who have run our own stables, this is almost too precious. I love the idea of freedom to the outdoors. Starts raining/snowing, they just wander in. Fabulous.

This woman and her view and how she treats the horses is what I aspire to be. She doesn't lock these, probably very expensive, horses up, no she gives them all the freedom they need to be happy, goes out into the fields with them and makes sure they're happy.
And she really does it by herself, not let's others do it for her and I really admire that
The stalls are bigger than my bedroom. I love the soft flooring as well. The horses we got to meet look so happy and smoochy, a sign of well cared for horses that are treated as individuals. The owner is such a sweet woman who really exudes so much kindness. A wonderful stable tour.

Aw, I couldn't stop smiling the whole video! I enjoyed this so much! The lady was amazing, so kind, you can tell she loves her horses, the stables were amazing, and the care for the horses made me so happy! This is definitely my dream stable, and before this video, I wanted one a lot like this. I just didn't know this existed till now! 😍 And before when I would tell people about my stable plans, they would laugh it off, and say there is no way that you can have a stable that nice with horses. My horse have stalls they can go in night or day. They have pasture night or day. They never get locked in.

A lady of pure class. She has nothing but love for her horses and you can tell this is her utmost priority. What a simply lovely lady! This has been my favourite tour, you just know her horses are loved regardless.
Wow now you've set the standarts really high for the next stable tour. Even though i don't belive in any Religion, that's how i imagine heaven must look like for equastrians AND horses!

OH WOW what a wonderful place any horse would love to live there. Its beautifully presented, so clean and fresh, even the transition from grass to sand and inside works to keep everywhere as clean as possible. It is a fabulous idea and one I hope people will take on board in the future. The free-range the horses have is good for thier mind and soul with the choice being thier decision. LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE. I want to move in.
Das war eine sehr interessante Tour, danke fürs Mitnehmen, so etwas könnte ich sonst wohl nie anschauen. Wunderschöner Stall. Sehr pferdefreundlich. Und Matt, Du hast eine sehr angenehme Art und Weise, zu interviewen. Interessiert, höflich und respektvoll.
Viele Grüße aus Deutschland. Bei uns sprießen zur Zeit die Aktivställe aus dem Boden. Offenstallhaltung, aber dennoch mit Reithalle, und ohne den von früher so gewohnten Matsch, bereits ab Parkplatz. Unsere Herde besteht aus fast 100 Pferden.

This whole property is just absolutely breathtaking 😍 I felt like the whole video I was transported to another world 🥰 The beauty and grace that the baroness naturally exudes is just wonderful. She clearly loves each and every horse she has in her family. I loved that the horses have their own choice whether to stay in their stable or go outdoors if they wish to do so. Another aspect of the stables I loved was that the lady has even built a little room with a bed for her to sleep in within the middle of stables so that she is close to her horses & foals. So wonderful. I love this type of content where you visit different stables 😊 It’s lovely to watch. Thanks for creating & sharing this experience with us, Matt & Jesse ☺️

Finally one where the horses get to go outside and be in a herd instead of being trapped in tiny, isolated stalls most of the time, and when they’re in their stalls they can interact with other horses through the bars instead of a boarded up wall between the stalls!! Need more places like this! It’s so beautiful as well and the owner seems so caring and passionate about her horses

A wonderfull tour of one of the most amazing stables I've seen. This is not just beatiful but homley, high end but still down to earth. And if you ask med - absolutly right mindsett of the owner (the freedom of the horses, their acess to pasure/outside and the fact that "horses should be for the whole family")! This is now my dream stable that I hope to have for myself and my horses one day :)

The baroness is absolutely lovely! I could listen to her talk all day. Though the stables are very luxurious you're correct the warmth and welcoming vibe they give off even translates through the screen.

I love her❤ I've slept in the barn several times, either in the stall with a sick horse or in cold weather I pull the Jeep in the barn and sleep in that. Love that she does it all herself as do I. That's a lot of hard work that is not easy to give up that control even when she has help. Much respect
I really went there after seeing this video as a preperation for my internship I was going to do there (which sadly didn't happen). She truely is the kindest person you'll ever meet! Her horses are her everything and you can see that through the horses self. When I arrived the foals were born already. The stables are huuuuuuge! Even bigger than my horses paddock was! My job was to socialize the foals so they eventually would be able to wear their halter and to clean the stables. Meanwhile I stayed in their castle for free in exchange of horse care and a bit of maintenance such as mowing the lawn. Just like Julia, the horses have the best personality and the foals are just adorable and wanted to play a lot! The rest of the team, for example the reception, cus the castle is used for marriages, are so kind hearted too! The receptionist even helped me with my anxiety, she's sooo kind and same goes for her adorable daughter and the rest of the team.
Julia and her amazing husband really built a dream team on a dream land and created REAL dreamhorses. Would love to go back there in the future ❤️❤️
I absolutely LOVE HER! we need more people like her and her team. The love she has for those horses is amazing… you see it, feel it and she shows these horses the love. Everything is for them and I love that. Their free whenever they want, they choose and ahhh I love her
