Sorry to hear about your paralysis. You should give the piano a try. It is a great way to discover the art we all have within us. Some of us are not good at singing or drawing, but anyone can press a key on a piano. It changes everything, and it only takes one note to start 🙌

I know how i feel and i know why i feel the way i do .. I thought that the worst part was not knowing how I feel but now I know that it's not .. I know how I feel and I know what I need to do .. but I can't cuz I am trapped .. I feel like I've been running for so long .. chasing something that i don't even know what it is .. I want to stop running .. to make peace with the past and everything that happened .. to move on .. to live .. the thing is I'm just mad and tired and I know it will pass .. cuz everything else does..
