I’m a rough neck welder. One day I was working and decided to put easy listening on pandora while I was working. Kiss the rain came on. With in a minute of the song the tears rolled down my face. Although embarrassed I didn’t care. Still today if I need to be emotional and just remember those I have lost I will listen to kiss the rain over and over and just lose my self for a little while. I can’t stop listening whenever I come across Hiruma’s musics. It really touches more than the ears; the heart and the soul. River flows in you’s my best. Even if all the others are still wonderful…
My favourite has GOT to be River flows in you :D it makes me remember the times when I was younger when everything seemed better. My father had a great job, My mother also had a great job. Everyone was enjoying their life and so was I. I would sometimes look back at my old iPad and find videos and pictures of me and my family back when I was 1-7 years old. And every single one of those photos were at least a day apart. My family and I always went out back then. Then, I would hear my neighbours playing River flows in you on their piano. I didn’t know the name of the song yet, but I loved it. I also used to play with my neighbours right outside our houses. It was truly memorable. But then, things started to change as I grew older..my family stopped going out so often..my father quit his job and had to stay jobless for a year..and of course, my school work. Everything in life seems to be better when you are young and this song just makes me teary eyed by listening to it and recalling the beautiful memories to forget about my current life.
Thanks for sharing this kind of music. Lots of times, i feel like the actor Robin Williams, i am hurting inside but smile in the outside, and no one knows that i truly suffer and want to give up. Lots of people will not understand what i am going through unless they suffer themselves. Life is short, and i am fighting every day to keep in living. My family needs me.

Meski aku sering menyendiri, menghabiskan waktu seharian di kamar, aku tidak berhenti berjuang untuk diriku sendiri. Aku belajar, aku bertumbuh, aku berusaha menjadi lebih baik, bahkan ketika lingkungan tidak mendukungku.
Aku juga tahu, orangtuaku tidak mampu memberiku segalanya, tetapi aku tidak menyalahkan mereka. Aku mengerti perjuangan mereka, dan aku memilih bersabar. Aku memilih berdoa, meminta Allah memberi kekuatan dan jalan terbaik. Karena aku percaya, aku tidak sendiri. Allah melihat usahaku, air mataku, dan hatiku yang tetap bertahan, meski terasa hancur di dalam.
Aku bangga padamu, diriku. Aku bangga karena aku masih di sini. Aku bangga karena aku tidak menyerah, meski rasanya ingin berhenti. Aku bangga karena aku memilih terus maju, meski jalannya gelap dan sepi. Aku tahu, aku layak dicintai, dihargai, dan bahagia.
