This is not a challenging airport. Everything is straight in, the controllers do a fine job and it’s not too busy that intersecting runways are a factor.
^this is false. everything is not straight in, and the sideby / .308 operations make it a somewhat challenging airport at times.. pre covid.. now it’s easy. Lol
@@jaymonty6530 What about SFO do you feel is challenging? Simultaneous parallel approaches in VMC doesn’t present much of a challenge. Try single pilot, non-radar IMC at night in the mountains. SFO is vectors.
@@JHollidayB I guess it depends on if you’re coming at this from a pilot viewpoint, or controller view like I am. The controllers work their butts off. I’m sure it’s a pretty standard class Bravo as far as pilots are concerned, with the exception of finding traffic 750 away from you.
@@jaymonty6530 Oh, my bad. Yes, I can see that it could be an extremely challenging airport to work. The Controllers there do a great job. For a pilot, intersecting runways are no big deal, we just do as we’re told. Mostly the same with spacing, etc. Thank you, keep up the good work!
NICE VIEW
cant wait for a live time stream love SFO
please make this longer. when all the heavies are departing please
Love it.
An Orchestra of Aviation, Beautiful....
Excellent video but seems not shot from the ATC. Right?
This one is westborough on a hill
Why was Delta holding for so long to cross 28L?
His gate was not ready
7:04 damn he used the entire runway down to the last inch
@BankerDave Oh nice, thanks. I'm just used to seeing 28 L and 28R
back in the 1970's a PanAm 747 used the last inch and a few approach lights before getting airborne.
thanks
