Donald glover took benders "I'll make my own 'blank' with blackjack and hookers!!" to another level and helped create an entire sub genre that is fantastic.
“Was cast as an older Miles Morales in the Spider-verse.” How did you acknowledge that he played the uncle in the MCU and yet somehow land on that conclusion?
I think Donald never auditioned, it was just the fans spamming DonaldForSpiderman, which made fans wonder why we still haven't had a black spiderman. They eventually created Miles, while heavily tweaking Miles' story and ultimately making one of the most beloved Spiderperson that isn't a version of Peter. That's actually MCU Aaron Davis who first appeared in Spiderman: Homecoming
Donald Glover doesn't play Miles in that cameo, he's an alternate Prowler!
I enjoyed the game. When miles tells Peter that he has something weird to show him, was the best video game ending in a long time. Made me really hyped to play miles’ spiderman
Spoiler:
He was cast as the Prowler in Across the Spiderverse, not older Miles. Though technically, you could argue it's an older Miles in a live action reality where SpiderMan does not exist and his father dies
Are you just gonna ignore how Brian Michael Bendes made Miles Morales?
Glover voiced miles in Ultimate Spider-Man
Me: OK, but when are are we getting Miguel, spider man 2099 😂
Oh, create Miles Morales out of pity? Poor baby, I hope he didn't cry.
Aa a mixed dude myself Lmao fr tho shits lame
He was the voice of Miles in Ultimate Spider-Man i think
No mention of Brian Michael Bendis???
I could’ve swore that he created miles. Somebody facts checker needs to be fired 🤣
Smh lol this man said “older miles morales” 😂
He voiced miles in the ultimate spider-man cartoon
bro said an older miles morales he got casted as prowler but ok..
Donald Glover even voiced Miles Morales in the Ultimate Spider-Man animated series.
He also voiced Miles Morales In Ultimate Spider Man
donald glover would of been cool if he got his own super hero guy, like a dead pool kinda vibe - that would been funny
They should have casted him as Kang- such an under rated actor.
I’m black and even i didn’t want a black Spider-Man😂😂😂😂😂
Hes an alternate prowler in across the spiderverse not an older miles💀
Here's an idea create or use already existing black characters instead of demeaning black culture by constantly having to "Africanize" characters that are historically white.
Titus Makin Jr. would be perfect as Miles imho.
He wasnt Miles he was The Prowler
“COULDNT SEE ME IN SPIDER-MAN BUT NOW IM SPITTIN VENOM” 🔥
“Donald for Spider-Man”- Childish Gambino
Can we just have Donald play punk spider PLEASE
He was mcu prowler in across the spider verse
He’s Black AND Puerto Rican. It’s amazing how literally half of his race and culture just gets set aside by everyone.
Donald Glover played Uncle Aaron in homecoming not an older Miles, and I’m assuming it was the same in Across The Spiderverse.
Yeah no he never was casted as Miles he’s the live action Prowler
I always thought he was auditioning to be Miles Morales
He didn’t play an “older miles”, he played Miles’ uncle.
Donald glover took benders "I'll make my own 'blank' with blackjack and hookers!!" to another level and helped create an entire sub genre that is fantastic.
“Was cast as an older Miles Morales in the Spider-verse.”
How did you acknowledge that he played the uncle in the MCU and yet somehow land on that conclusion?
I think Donald never auditioned, it was just the fans spamming DonaldForSpiderman, which made fans wonder why we still haven't had a black spiderman.
They eventually created Miles, while heavily tweaking Miles' story and ultimately making one of the most beloved Spiderperson that isn't a version of Peter.
The movies once again set apart Miles in his connection to Spiderman and even gave him a lot more room to work with now that he has to officially fill in his own boots
He’s the uncle Arron Prowler, NOT Miles Morales Prowler
This is a very different thought, donald glover would have made a better taskmaster than Prowler or spiderman.
He wasn’t cast as an older miles it’s because he plays Aaron Morales in homecoming who becomes the prowler
I like it when he creates a billion dollar franchise…
