By using the stencils, you have taken the word ART out of air brushing, made it more of stencil tech instead of the old method of air brushing, Don't get me wrong the stencil technique you have came up with is great for production work, but in the old days of attending arts and crafts events would be frown on. With your stuff anyone can pick up an air brush and paint your designs. For the true air brush artist's out there, you have made it faster or easier to do, but at the same time cheapen the art.

James we came up with this because of events and busy store front. I understand your comment. But it was the only way of increasing productivity. Its hard to find a help in the airbrush industry. Most artist want owner pay when they only do a percentage of the business and have no risk to take. We also came up with the stencils cause we were training high school kids and i wanted to make sure that flash on the wall and their work was similar. The customer gets what they paid for. I wanted the artwork consistent. If you think about it people practicing to get paid has a better chance of success while honing their art and producing a better product for the customer. Its just a tool. Art is within the person and the eye of the beholder. With our stencils with seen increase in production from 30% and up. And to top it off most people don't wanna freehand work and for the handful that do, we free hand if they're willing to pay. Thank you for taking the time to comment and do appreciate your feed back.

@@chinostencils9781 I totally under stand, yes does speed up production work and there are several artist using the stencils in a more artistic way, noticed some use shadowing and fading ,where some are just trying to make the fast buck, which is fine. And I also know the past problem of store owners using us air brush artist, by charging us high percentages of what we was making, they would make money off the items air brush plus commission off the artist's work, which put a bad taste in a lot of us artist mouth, There was some shops charging the artist 50% of their work, some only 25-30% of their work, I was lucky after getting involved with some of these greedy owners to find a store that didn't want any of my profits , then later down the road i went into my business traveling 3-4 states doing arts and crafts events, fairs and so on out of my 24ft trailer, and then also well known locally of my work, so i was lucky. I've always made my own stencils from xray film that I got locally from dr. and dentist offices that was just throwing it away after so long, I've also used magnetic sign material to make the stencils, but never got into complete stencil work like what you have. Keep up the good work, the stencils look very professional, just haven't tried any of them.
