AMEN! This doctor is trying his best to save this baby's life with no expensive medical equipment you would see in hospitals around the world. No nurses running fluid lines into the baby. He only has a stethoscope and oxygen pumps of some sort. And he's doing what he can to save this precious life.
Because some people have midwives who whenever possible just give the baby to mom immediately. My midwife had to suction blood out of babies nose but right next to me and then I got my baby before any umbilical cord was cut and before any exams as long as baby has a good Apgar score
Just by looking at his face, I can tell if the baby is ok or need help. I really like his vídeos,he has a gentle touch, not others that almost take the longs of the babies out. Good Job!!❤
I like this channel. I just don't like the way the nurses treat these babies some times. I like the Dr in this, nhe seems like he really cares for the babies. He's smiles alot which I like too.
@@amaniml8106 I cannot believe how ignorant some of these comments are. I suppose they would rather watch these babies die than to see them treated properly to save their lives. Most of the time these babies in trouble have fluid and mucus in their lungs. The fluid can be thick and clog the air sacs preventing oxygen from getting into the lungs. At times the baby needs to be what looks like pounded on the back to loosen the mucus and open those sacs for oxygen to flow in. The doctors sometimes hold the baby upside down by its heels and pounds on its back. We must remember...these babies will die without proper treatment. And if you look around the treatment room you don't see much expensive lifesaving equipment there. There is only one doctor working on the baby...no nurse on each side putting in fluid lines, no monitors beeping and warning lights flashing, or hooking them up to machines to save their lives...no other workers monitoring graphs on poles near them that automatically monitor their vitals...heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels. I have those needed monitors sitting right here on the table in my bedroom...and they altogether cost me about $70...just so I can monitor my own condition. But this doctor is the only one trying to save this baby's life. It has no machines monitoring it. Yet, these people whine because they are too rough with the babies. Such ignorance is inexcusable. I want to use the word 'stupidity', but I'm trying to be at least a little more polite than they are.
If a baby is blue, not breathing, step 1 is oxygen and stimulation. Exactly what this dr performed. Once the oxygen level is up, the infant is pink and crying, but if he is still struggling for air, suctioning out sucretion is usually required to help aide the infant for a clear airway. When I worked in NICU, the infant would have been suctioned when we heard gasping, or choking. We assisted the baby by clearing the airway of maconium or amniotic fluid. If you had a baby in the USA, remember the blue suctiong bulb you received. All parents are sent home with a little sucton ball that you insert the tip into the nose and mouth. If parents are instructed how to use it before leaving the hospital. The hispital has suction that can clear the babys lungs, the entire airway. I never understand why its not common to use it. I assume he can hear the baby coughing struggling to breath. He is so little, their gag reflex isnt quite like an adults, however some babys can expell and clear their lungs on their own. This little one needed that added help right when the baby was revived with oxygen. I am not a dr, but i have witnessed this hundreds of times.
He’s gentle with these little ones who don’t know what’s going on or where they are. He keeps them covered instead of leaving them lying around naked and probably cold.
Baby seems like it needs it airway cleared. My daughter was a c section baby and I watched in horror as she seemed to choke on left over fluid that hadn’t been squeezed out during a normal birth. She was choking, I picked her up and walked down the corridor in a panic. The midwife grabbed her and took her to a room a sucked out all the mucus. It was terrifying for me a new mum
В таких случаях врачи осматривают полость рта, вставляют катетер, делают массаж, по спинке шлепают. Как то.... Все грустно. Доктор, реанимация должна быть более энергичной. Слизи внутри полно... ☹️

Don't you realize this is not in a big rich country that has the best medical treatment. More than likely this is a Third World country or close to being so. They don't have the equipment or supplies to give patients the best care in the world. The death rate there is probably very high. I've been in Third World countries where at the time 2 out of every 5 children died because they didn't have clean water...their water is full of bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites and feces. And you complain about clothespins on their cords? You should be ashamed of yourself. How dare you condemn this doctor who is doing everything he can with what he has to work with to save innocent babies. The next time you pour yourself a glass of water and drink it you should think about that baby. The next time you get medication for an illness think hard about this baby struggling to breathe and having no medication to loosen that deadly mucus. You need to thank God you are still alive and wonder if this baby lived.
Thank you doc. These babies are so lucky to have you as their first doctor in this world. Keep on doing your noble job 👏👏

A criança queria respirar e ficou impedida, queria chorar e ele não deixava!
why
Как Сложно Родится 😮
Why is he still giving it air when it's breathing on its own?
I have never seen a new born coughed & sneezed nonstop like that. Not normal .
