      You are actually promoting Morgan and Morgan? You have got to be kidding me. My 83 year old mother was involved in an accident with one of their clients who btw refused medical attention when asked if he wanted medical attention at the scene but now with the aide of these ambulance chasers he is going after my mom. Incidentally the accident happened 3 days after my 83 year old father got out of the hospital for the 6th time. So yeah promote the elder abusers who are more interested in money and promoting fraud on behalf of their client.

      @avengingangel6319 in sorry that happened to you. It is totally on the guy your family had the accident with.
      Morgan and Morgan helped me with other legal services. The lawyer was great.
      That guy could have called any law firm. It just happened to be M&M. It sucks to get sued. It sucks worse when people take advantage of a situation and try to get rich quickly.
      Whether it was one lawyer or a another one, it really doesn't matter because they all will take shifty clients because that's what they do.
      They are a big firm and have a ton of lawyers working for them. You may have had a bad experience with one or two of them.
      I just know that when I filed for Social Security I needed a lawyer and didn't know whom to call at the time. I actually called a few TV lawyers. They called me back first and helped. I probably had a different section of the law firm. That maybe why my experience was better.
      I hope it all worked out for you in the end.
      Sending prayers and love.

      @barbaramatthews4735 so because they helped you that justifies them going after my 83 year old mother that just dealt with my Dad being in a hospital 6 times and oh I left out he had also been in a nursing home 4 times during that same time period in between October of 2023 and January of 2024. My Dad has health problems too and he was in.the car when the accident took place and these charlatans are representing a dishonest person who had an opportunity to get medical attention at the time of the accident and intentionally declined it so he could later claim injuries he probably had before the accident that would prove the accident didn't cause his injuries.

    • @givemeabreak390
      @givemeabreak390 2 месяца назад +3

      There's no reason that the title should say "swatted" and the title "911 Call of 'Chained Up Baby Being Stabbed’ Sends Cops to Georgia Home" is accurate. If someone assumes that this means a baby was being stabbed, that's on them. It doesn't even come close to saying that or even implying that. Saying this was a "swatting" incident in the title would not be objective and would have been editorializing. There's no evidence in the video of a baby being chained up and stabbed therefore the title simply says "911 Call of Chained Up Baby Being Stabbed." Likewise, there isn't any objective evidence of it being "swatting" in the video therefore the title doesn't say it was "swatting."
      While it is almost 100% certainly a case of "swatting" that is not objectively known based on the contents of this video. It is, which would be truly sad, possible that there was a baby in the house who was stabbed and that the body was removed from the house and the body disposed of and it could take years or even decades for that to come out. Objectively, this is simply a video of a "911 Call of 'Chained Up Baby Being Stabbed' Sends Cops to Georgia Home."
      Saying this was a "swatting" incident in the title wouldn't have been objective and would have been unnecessary editorializing. Until there is objective evidence, in a court of law, of it being swatting or of it being a murdered baby, it must remain this sort of title.
      As of the moment this video was published, it is most likely a case of "swatting" but it could also still be a case of a murdered baby. For all any of us know, years or even decades from now a body of a baby may be found and it may be determined after investigation that it was a child who was killed in this home. Or we will find out, when someone is arrested, charged and tried for "swatting" that this was a clear case of "swatting" and then a video about that trial could say:
      "Trial for a "911 Call of a 'Chained Up Baby Being Stab' which Sent Cops to Georgia Home Resulted in a Swatting Conviction"
      That would be an objectively accurate title then. Right now, the objective title is what this one says which would imply to any reasonable person that it is most likely a swatting incident.
