Mango Ice-cream
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Mango cubes 3 Cups
-Condensed milk 1 & ¼ Cups
-Olpers’s cream 2 Cups
-Yellow food color (optional) as required
Directions:
-In blender,add mango cubes and blend until well combined to make a puree (approx.2 Cups).
-In mango puree,add condensed milk,mix until well combined.
-In bowl,add Olper’s cream and beat until soft peaks form.
-In cream,add mango mixture and fold gently.
-Add yellow food color and fold gently until combined (makes: approx. 1.5 litre).
-Now pour the mixture into air-tight container/jar,cover with plastic wrap on surface of ice cream and cover with lid and freeze it 6-8 hours.

-Ab mixture ko air-tight container/jar mein dal dein,plastic wrap sa ice cream ki surface ko cover ker lein aur lid laga lein,6-8 hours kliya freeze ker lein.

The measurement cup i used says 1 cup = 250 ml. So 2 cups= 500 ml. So, you can take 1 full packet + 1/4 packet of the second packet

Tried chocolate ice cream and it turned out ZABARDAST❣️ it was bit of sweet for me but next I am gonna reduce the amount of condensed milk to 1 cup 🙂

@@laraibrizvi7429 its better to buy the cups set from market..they give accurate measurement...otherwise a samll cup of tea that is normally used in home will also used..
@@sadiatariq9583 thank you, i tried it 2 years back . Taste wise it turned out good but texture wise it was not the way most of the store bought ice-creams are . I don't know what i did wrong.

I added some milk to the mixture of chocolate ice cream aur milk alag honay lag gaya hai misture se, will the ice cream be fine? It tastes well

Maybe you didn't use an airtight container properly.. same case happened to me bcz I didn't cover jar with plastic rapper..
