I have been following you for many years. I enjoy tremendously watching your vlog. I found you because at 70 i was interested in Swedish Death Cleaning. So I had been looking up anything Scandinavian. I have read "Goodbye Things"by Fumio Sasaki. I enjoyed it so much that I bought the book. I am not an extreme minimalist, but I am downsizing and having fun figuring out who might enjoy my possessions. I call them and they are always excited to get the things that I have curated for them. In the book by Fumio Sasaki, he talks very briefly about a book series by The Arbinger Institute. Being a nerdy bookworm, I checked with my library and got "Leadership and Self-Deception". What a powerful read. For interpersonal relationship, whether they be spouse, children, neighbor, boss, coworker...this is a great resource. I am rattling on, ...
So thank you for your interesting vlog. I have benefited by purchasing an Oster oven, big sink drainer, an electric induction burner and mostly the Zwilling food storage system. Anything that I see you using regularly is on my radar. I love your Staub cookware, but can no longer lift cast iron.

I do not eat red meat for over fifty yrs., but I do eat some chicken. I know that cold cuts are convenient and tasty, but they are one of the most unhealthy processed foods on the market. I hope you will check them out online and see for yourself. Occasionally, in the past I did eat chicken or turkey in a wrap, but since learning they are so unhealthy, I have not had one for quite a few yrs.

Hello Noemi. I'm so sorry about your father. May he have a good Heaven, as we say in Greece. We call the recipe with cabbage and minced meat Cabbage dolmades. And we finish it by adding beaten egg and lemon. It's very tasty!
Egglemon Recipe: beat the eggs with a wire at the beginning, so that they break well, especially the whites, which need intense beating. Then, add the lemon. Add the cornflour, mix, and with a thread flow, integrate by adding enough of the hot stock of the food. Add the diluted egg-lemon little by little, with a thread flow to the food, stirring, always, so that it thickens evenly.
Noemi- I was saddened to hear about your father. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. Take the time you need. Grief is its own thing and takes the time it takes. We will still be here when you’re ready. ❤❤❤
With the wooden drying rack, just treat the wood feet bottoms with something to keep out the moisture…your husband would know! Still use the special stone underneath it.
