That was awesome. I had the same pain. My chiropractor did most of that. I could feel my body loosen up right away. The rest, I did on my own using Yoga n Qi gong. I love how u keep the atmosphere tension free. 🙏😘

Me too suffered from sciatica in 1 year ago. I could not move , sit on a chair and bend . I had to lie down all day . I took homoeopathic medicines for two months. I practiced vajra asana 20 minutes ( one of the yoga asanas ) twice a day . I practiced simple stretching exercises. Now 90 % pain gone. Hope this maybe useful.
