You did not show, the prep for the lower cowl panel, to the new upper cowl panel, rosset welds ? Or were you going to panel bond that seam 🤔?

Hey, thanks for the reply! Are you talking about after i had it all clamped, or are you talking about the 2 patches i made on the inside? The patches i made under the cowel are strictly panel bond and then epoxied. Once you get the undersides sanded and epoxied (including the backside of the cowel as well), it's ready to test fit. I lined it up where i figured it would be even on both sides. Screw in a few self tapers all around, starting from center out. Before you weld ANYTHING.... for example, this cowel, i put on the doors, fenders, and hood to make sure my gaps between the cowel and surrounding panels look good and all have even gaps. Once you are happy with those, you can go in and throw some russets every inch all around. Make sure the first few welds you only remove one screw at a time and weld that hole. If you're happy where it's at, you want the least chance of anything moving on you. I hope that was helpful. If you have anymore questions, or i didn't articulate that well enough, feel free to message me!
