These kind of tutorials are desperately needed, there is a huge lack of tutorials about 3Dcoat on the net, which makes it hard and discouraging for newcomers and beginners, thank you
At last some tutorials or at least more in depth footage of 3d coats capabilities!!! I've been wanting to use 3d coat FOR YEARS but the lack of any tutorials or general videos put me off, there is nothing worse than attempting to create work on software that you have no idea to use, specifically if you don't come from a 3d background. I am LOVING 3d coat, it appears that even the modelling is even easier than in blender. (I tried blender for 2 weeks and was bored to tears. With 3dcoat I can create instantly) I'm happy that I am using 3dcoat now, but if only more videos had been around years ago! I don't understand the marketing that goes on....you are creating an amazing product/tool and then do nothing to promote, highlight or showcase it, so odd. I bought an Udemy course on 3dcoat in 2017 and even that was hard to find, it helped a little but your software has improved so much. Please continue to make videos!!
We understand your points, but in general, the most comprehensive in-depth, project-based tutorials of a given software, is not provided by the software vendor, themselves, but 3rd party individuals or platforms. 3DCoat has a number of 3rd party partners and Anton Tenitsky is a great example: ruclips.net/user/AntonTenitsky
@@mhfredo yes, of course blender is more intuitive, but when you understand the workflow of 3D coat you will realize it saves you a LOT of time in many processes that are a little tricky to do in blender. Some tasks like sculpting are much better and faster, same happens with blocking, retopo, painting and UV editing. Modeling is basically the same in both of them. In terms of performance, blender has nothing to do here, the poly count that my potato machine can handle is enormously increased in 3D coat and lets not talk about the crashes, I'll give you a hint: 0
@@EsvardCat thanks for answering. more than 6 years ago I tried 3d coat and feels clunky both in UI and the UX. the retopo and the painting is great tho. but whenever I saw blender progressing it feels 3d coat got left behind, the modeling demo in blender looks fast, smooth, and intuitive. maybe I could revisit 3d coat again.
you must be kidding , 3d coat for poly modeling modeling , looks way slower , so many buttons to push , blender is just way faster , and with machine tool , box cutter etc ..it's just better
@@paulatreides1354 it's your opinion, I respect that, but I live in a VERY complicated country where people like me cannot buy anything online because we are banned from the world, not even a simple addon is in my possibilities, and I am not adding the fact that I earn 40 usd per month. so you might be wondering how do I use 3D coat, simple, with crack, but only for learning purpose and non profit projects(at least I have some moral code as a pirate LOL). I love blender but I have to get more powerful tools to do my projects faster and more stable. One day when I leave this hell hole called Cuba I will pay 3D coat without doubt, they deserve that, this software is awesome.

Cool video I'm happy to see part 2 out
Great to see more tutorials.

I am currently moving all my modeling process from blender to 3d Coat, it is waaaaaayyy better and more professional for this tasks
could you tell me why? from what I saw blender looks more intuitive.
