When my youngest was "tot schooling" next to my older ones, he really liked the dauber dot paint pens. Some of the sets on Amazon even come with access to free printables and PDFs are pretty easy to find. And my 4th grader LOVED Fix It Grammar. He liked how simple it was, that once we learned the lesson on Day 1, he could do the week's exercises everyday on his own. And it never seemed overwhelming to him.
Ohhhh adding the usborne phonics set to my list of things to get for my toddler! Thank you for sharing those. Love Karma Wilson! My son loves all of her Bear books. She also has some on colors and I think ABC with bear
That Bear series by Karma Wilson is so sweet. Hearing you talk about all the 3 year old things was making me glad that I will get to do the whole toddler and 3 year old thing all over again in a couple years. :)
I have a 3 year old boy, 10 year old boy, 13 year old girl, and 19 year old daughter. (who graduated from public school) We have home schooled our kids now for the last two years. As you can see my youngest are similar to your kids age. Always looking for mommas I can relate to and bounce ideas off of. So glad I came across your channel!😊❤
Have you tried Sonlight’s Language Arts? My daughter is also going into 5th grade and we are using Sonlight Core D next year! I’m currently trying to figure out our language arts plan. It has been the hardest for us to figure out.
Yes! 👍🏻 We used it this last year from about Week 1-27. We kind of petered out after that. We liked it pretty well. It has Dictation for Day 1 and Day 5, Day 2 was usually grammar related and Day 3 and Day 4 were a writing project. They were short lessons and sometimes correlated to the readers on schedule. We didn’t use any of the extras that they scheduled like Wordly Wise or anything else. I would definitely come back to it if we don’t like the Charlotte Mason route we are going to try this coming year. I hope this helps!
We sing letter sounds songs with our kids from 0 - 5 and use videos for letter sounds!!! We have a Dino ABC book!!! We love reading to our younger kids including our baby!!! I’ve never used AO!!! I’ve looked on their website for book ideas to supplement tho!!!
Such fun things to do with your 3 years old. I wish I would have done more rhyming songs with my kids! I should still introduce it in our days! 😅 we love reading, it’s definitely one of the best thing to do with any kids! 😊
What Language Arts curriculum are you using next year? 😊

Oh yes! I forgot about paint daubers. Thanks for reminding me! 😃 My daughter has been liking Fix It! Grammar.
Love how you explain the different parts of the curriculum.
Thank you!

I might have to find those! ❤️
We adore Sonlight!!
We love AO reading lists! That’s what we’ve used the past couple of years. Great books to have on hand ❤️
Definitely!👍🏻

Yes! I never got to with my oldest because I was working and she went to preschool. But we read lots of books at home. ❤️
All of a Kind family is an absolute favorite of ours! We also really enjoyed By the Great Horn Spoon.
Good to know! We are looking forward to them. 😃
Love the bloopers section😊 looks like a great year!

Nice! It’s such a sweet time when singing with children. My son especially enjoys the hymns we work on. ❤️

Songs are fun at any age. Even if the kids roll their eyes at you! 😂❤️
I love those pre-kindergarten books! I've heard good things about AO.
My 3yo would love many of those ideas!
I love the Burgess books.
