  • Car interiors have changed a lot from when drivers really did store gloves in the glove compartment. The driver’s view from a dozen vehicles: from the Model T to the Mustang Mach-E, and beyond. 👉ford.to/Reduct...

I am not sure if this 'reductive design' is something to be proud of... Lack of physical buttons is a very dangerous trend. This is not some console game, this is about life safety.

You forget that most modern Fords have voice controls. I can adjust my A/C, manage phone calls, and choose my entertainment by voice commands in my 2014 Fusion Hybrid. So I only need to touch one button on the steering wheel to do all of that and more. Less buttons but no need to look over and touch a flat screen as in a Tesla. Just visit Ford's customer page, choose any of the owner manuals, and read about it for yourself.

I hate voice control. My 4 becomes 5,.my 1 becomes 8. Me famous words in the Ford is 'delete'. Delete, delete delete.

Please remove that ugly tablet. Integrate and give some buttons and knobs.

All car manufacturers are going to the toucjh screen systems. So just keep your older car longer.

That tablet looks too big. I hope it's not going to get crushed by some miserable toddlers hands.

Big screens, big distractions. Nothing in mine. Just exhaust sound and driving focus

What a great video. Looking to me like the BEST EV on the market at this time. Love to see the Pony on the streets. Can't wait till the GT comes out in a couple of months!!

Is this evolution going to be available in all European 🇪🇺 languages??

Yes. Search the Ford Eurpoe videos and see the Mustang Mach-E menus in various languages.

Big fan of the Mach e but honestly while the big screen is nice for menus, settings and navigation, 2018 design is more of a sweet spot still having physical buttons and dials for HVAC and volume controls.

Das Interieur im Sierra finde ich das gelungenste: auf den Fahrer ausgerichtet und ohne den Anschein nur aufgesetzt zu sein (wie die späteren Displays).
