very informative video indeed ! would it be possible that 1 row is missing ? the video goes from set-up row in color B, turn work, then right into row 1 color B (no row 1 color A); I was under the impression that we always alternate colors

I think the same, the colors are not right 😢

I use eastern european style knitting( used to be called Russian Grandmother but that name has fallen out of favor) while it's close to continental it's not the same and i have been looking for a brioche tutorial for 2 months. 7 tutorial, 7 failures because i don't have the flexibility in my wrists to do the other styles.
I have watched this several times. it fits my style, it's brioche (which is what the design i am working on calls for) and I think i can do it without messing up.
Thank you and wish me luck.

Really, without a doubt, you are the one that will start me, again, on brioche. Suggestions: make slow motion videos too.
Start with the cast on. On all videos. It's more uniform and complete.
You knit Continental, do you also knit Russian? I also want to knit Russian, all the time, it is a cleaner look, but questions I have asked others, go unanswered.
If you are in another country, it would be outstanding if you could tell us some things about it. I love to learn about things like that and after being so separate, I pray this will change forever.
Thank you for sharing your time, be well every day. 😊

I’m delighted to hear this! Brioche is just so much fun to work. Thank you for your kind feedback. I only knit continental I’m afraid, so I can’t help with questions on Russian knitting. If you’d like to see some views of Japan, head over to my instagram. I’m often sharing photos there. I’ll consider mentioning things in my videos.

Hello, is it possible to knit decrease stitches using this technique?

Hello, yes, it is absolutely possible. You can work decreases and increases on the brioche rows. On the RS brp3tog and on the WS you have more flexibility with dec. it is easy to work them centered or slanted in the way you would in brioche rib.
