Years ago when I first went to the bins, I found a box of four of those little Santa mugs, Japan. At The time I had no idea how valuable they were. I left them there. It kills me now knowing how much people want them. Oh well, live and learn. I just love all your videos, been Bing watching them today 😍
I always look forward to your videos. I do enjoy all of them. You found a lot of great stuff. I went to gw this week and found a Santa picture that looks good with my Santa mugs. My seven year old granddaughter decorated my Christmas tree and did a fantastic job. She reminded me of you. She would put an ornament on and stand back and look at it to make sure it looked good. She also put decor around the house. Too cute!
I have a green dome top clock case I usually fill w/vintage Santa's but seeing your ribbon cabinet idea I'm rethinking that idea. Just Love your channel for the eye candy, nostalgic ideas, inspiration and humor. 💚💖💚
Hi Danielle! Wow! I've never seen A vintage Santa mug of any size in the wild! And you find one in the bins, unbroken!😮 Lol lucky you!😁 I love to collect old hymnals, and piano music it books as well. I don't have a Christmas carol song book or piano book.. hopefully I'll find some eventually! I love the little French horn & trumpet ornaments! I love rocking horses & the plate was really pretty.. but the price, ouch😬 I want a real, old violin.. but if i find a toy one, that's Ok too! I do have a couple of the old Southern Living Christmas books, and some other ones as well. Can remember exactly who they're all by.. with everything still being in storage of course i can't ck!🤷♀️ I would love to thrift some of the needlepoint fabric stockings..i really want vintage ones. I did like the wood & red metal sled n I love sleds & sleighs in Christmas decor, you can use them in so many ways! The throw you were looking at at 7:42, I love the older ones. Back when there's first became really popular, plate 80's-early 90's, this was how the were made. I had quite a few, most in dusty blue and/or mauve. Those were very popular colors to decorate with & that's the colors my home was done in. We have one that belonged to my FIL but its a Minnesota Vikings one. (He was A big fan.. so are my husband & son of course.) But I would love to find a couple vintage Christmas ones. The cherubs or angels were really pretty. I really like the ones like these, that look Victorian. I loved the Whitman's tin, the Victorian scene on front was really pretty. And that set of dishes with that Victorian print.. gorgeous set! I'd love to have that set!❤ Oh I really like that idea of the little cabinet filled with all the Christmas ribbons! I don't collect ribbons, but if i found a cabinet like this to hold them, i just might need to start!😉 I really like the green ribbon, it has that old Victorian look to it.. yes i love anything & everything Victorian!😁 Oh wow! The book is about to be 61yrs old..1964 is the year i was born! I love finding books from that year. Is really cool it has your moms name on the side! The books I have like the coffee table book, i just got them for the cover as well. But I have some that actually have some really pretty, frameable pictures also! You found some great pieces & styled them in just the right places! Thanks for sharing & I pray you have a blessed week!🙏🏻
Hi Danielle and Jackson and Lincoln looks like the doggies are so tired today ❤️ I love all ur trifting finds so pretty so much to list but differently that little Santa mug is a score ❤ always Laura
I have the complete set of Farberware White Christmas dinnerware. We brought the set when we started hosting more Christmas dinners at home, since having 6 children we didn’t get invited out often. Lol. I recently saw the complete set in a thrift store near me for $49.00.
You are the cutest.. I loved the victorian ribbon, each in e eyes book, the santa mugs and the hat box. I love when you show how you decorated with your finds. ❤
I knew you were going to buy the hat box, it’s so perfect for your home…. Your home looks beautiful, great job decorating ❤ My goodwill has had nothing for Christmas decor a half a shelf of junk, but I did find a few beautiful books to add to my Christmas book collection, The Nutcracker, ‘Twelve days of Christmas, and my favorite The gift of the Magi (first edition) the illustrations in the books are so beautiful, and Two vintage Christmas cookbooks I did very well the week after Christmas last year,I found a beautiful plaid tablecloth and a table runner
Danielle, you are such a delight to watch and you’re enthusiasm. Makes me just wanna go shopping. Thank you for sharing all your treasures. May God bless you all and merry Christmas.
I live in Amish country Ohio where the thrift stores have way better prices than that! And the money goes to help was fortunate people in the area and in other countries I always tell myself I can't afford this because it helps the poor kids. We have so many great thrift stores that I sell them go to Goodwill because Goodwill is more expensive
Hi, I'm new to your channel and I enjoyed this video. Your collections are adorable. I have found in my area that Thrift Stores have forgotten to be thrifty and must think they are Restoration Hardware or similar.🤣 Often find Dollar Tree items for well above even the new "Not Dollar Tree" $1.25 price. I don't get it.😳😂
Toilet seat covers were more like the 50s in the 60s maybe they crept into the 70s but by the time they crept into the 70s they weren’t near as grandma core as what they were in the 50s and 60s.
That vintage fabric !!! Love it!
You found some awesome items! You always style your pieces so perfectly!

I always like to guess what you will buy. I love seeing how you style things. I believe the toilet topper is from the 50's/60's.
I have a stack of those Southern Living type of Christmas books. I stack them up on a small chair as decoration. I love them!
What a cute book with the dog on it.
Danielle you a look ways find great items!!Love everything!!Enjoy!!😁🤶🎄🎅
I love your finds. The hatbox is my favorite.❤🎄
Love thrift halls, Lord knows I’ve gone on enough of them myself recently
I knew you were going to buy the hat box, it’s so perfect for your home….

Love it all! If you have never read “A Christmas Carol” please read it! Wonderful book to read!
Loved your haul. You should pull the string out of the fringe on your lamp shade in the kitchen.
Oh is that not what it’s supposed to look like? Hahah my bad. I kinda of like it though! 😂
@@HomeMadeVintage Then its perfectly fine.😂
Most of those things are overpriced. Thrift stores need to lower their prices and be happy that people are keeping things out of landfills.

The nutcracker cabinet appears to be a doll clothes dresser.
May I ask what state you live in? Prices seem high
I have two huge totes of Christmas ribbons from the 1980’s to about 2009. 😮. I love them so much, I can’t put them on gifts. 😱.

knew you were going to get the hat box.
This reminded me that I have a hat box with Santa’s all over it!
The toilet lid cover reminded me of my teen years in the 70’s! I think people figured out how gross that actually is!!! 😜
Toilet seat covers were more like the 50s in the 60s maybe they crept into the 70s but by the time they crept into the 70s they weren’t near as grandma core as what they were in the 50s and 60s.
Don’t have any goodwill bins in my city… so sad 😢
" I dunno what to do with my arms "..lol
❤❤❤
❤ 🎄
💞
😍😍😍❤❤❤
Oh my goodness.....Santa candle huggers for only $3. I have been on the hunt for a month now with no luck finding any.
The box looks like to hold records
The books were awesome! Is the second shop you mentioned a Salvation Army?
No, it’s just a church owned store. We don’t have Salvation Army here.
The prices in thrift stores are completely OUT OF CONTROL!!! No can do. 👎
That boot w/buckles stocking looks like it's for someone who likes to walk on the wild side.
Not this girl😁
