I love this Deputy Governor; never heard of him though but he seems to be intouch with society needs especially those of the youth. He has enlightened us on the political cycle and preferred models to adopt in Kenya. We require problem solvers in Leadership. He needs to enhance the ECD food feeding program. Great insights on universal health coverage.
Young and brilliant DG.. Local participation of community and the youth...in their general development agenda and resource distribution is a good start.. It may need economic advisory to draw up the structures to generate Income from village level, in their farming endeavors to wealth in marketing, distribution or processing and packaging.. There is alot of idle fertile land lying fallow...in surrounding villages.. Muranga is in good hands as a start...Kangata, his DG...add Nyoro..etc great leadership. They can have a round table...and pilot this county as a beacon and harbinger....of a new prosperous 🇰🇪 kenya.
Making money is not the same as keeping it there is a reason why investments aren't well taught in schools, the examples you gave are well stationed, the market crisis gave me my first millions, people shy away from hard times, I embrace them.. well at least my advisor does lol

Not really, when i made my first million i was still a noob, i just had solid advice from a professional in allocating and diversification of assets and my portfolio.
The Civic Education Agenda remains Contentious since it favours the Political Class when Citizens remain ignorant.Justice and Democracy for many remain a futile mirage.A most Colourful dream all be it impossible to achieve.. A 'young leader' who believes that giving children uji in ECD is revolutionary! Si heri ata muongeze mayai and a banana then source these products from the local women's groups stimulating production and a source of income. Theft at the local level is out of control. Produce is being stolen left right and center. Secondly, I still hold that Muranga should have concentrated on Agriculture before health; cows for meat, milk, chicken products, coffee, avocado etc giving residents maize seeds is no longer sustainable esp due to climate change.
Atleast it is something, there are those that do nothing not only on the ground but also in those leadership positions like not go to parliament and more. Change cannot be abrupt especially here in Kenya considering our history of leadership and governance. The DG is on point and should be encouraged to do more, not appying the cancel culture on someone who is atleast doing something while others dont even consider it. The ideas you have stated are good but there are gatekeepers, its good he managed to do this one.
@peterkyle01 when we keep encouraging mediocrity we get it's fruits. I am not by any way putting him down. I am just stating a simple fact; Muranga needs to concentrate on Agriculture to uplift the lives of it's people. I am also angry because I was organizing some training for rural women in our area and the county wanted bribes to give us it's blessing. The training was taken to another county. So again, we need to pretend we are moving when our peer countries are light years ahead and actually doing what is supposed to be done for their people.
@@peterkyle01 atleast is not good enough. It is what has gotten us where we are. Elected leaders are just doing barely enough. We need leaders who are more engaged with the people on the ground. People who are understand that they don't have to move the moon to make a difference. I will give you an example; what is preventing the county government from just bringing milk farmers into one hall and asking them to form a cooperative? Or avocado farmers. No money is needed for such an initiative. What is preventing them from asking police and community leaders to be more vigilant to stop petty theft that is making farmers abandon their farms esp in my area of Kandara?
