How to register with e-Filing Portal

Hello sir i cant register with e filing portal, becaus of my sanad number is not match with highcourt database. My origional sanad number is 3492/2016 but in highcourt website in section of advocate login it shows 392/2016. Pls help me its a mistake by highcourt. I also mail to hc. But no responce from there. What should i do? Any contact number is available for inquiry about this matter?

Hello respected sir when I create user id on that time instruction shows on screen that user id contain character hyphen and number so I do like that for example Mr+maru@1969 but do not getting and above stated error comes so u r requested to solve my query regards
