Thank you for this amazing content. This is so helpful. Have been trying to fit it all into every week and have felt myself feeling burnt out. This makes soooo much more sense and makes me feel less like a failure because I can't keep it up. Will re-structure my workouts right now.
Thank you Erin..I am working out from home doing a mix of your free fit and other workouts you show and Athlean X..At the end of my workout,I decided instead of Palities as a finish...I'll do Jump rope🙄Well I broke my foot 😫No more skipping for this Cat!!Or Jumping..Sad because I loved Tabata ☹There goes my holidays and Summer...fortunately I'm in a Aircast..and healing time is 3 months!!..not a cast and no surgery..So thank you on the tip on cardio..So now I'm doing as much Upper body weights as possible/abs/glutes.My Favorite is barbell squatting.. that works for me ...I'm 57 female..o. keto and Intermittent fasting ..Thanks for dou g this Video..You are so bang on!I always want to do All Muscle..So thanks for simplifying this point! Love your teaching wish I could afford your University Fit.for a year subscription for home..but with this outline it will help organize me!! You are Inspirational!!❤❤❤😁
