I like this because his workouts are pretty much accurate to how his results should be and how he needs his body to look like... and it's actually honest.
Here after watching Vikings Valhalla season 2, because Sam Corlett is such an impressive actor! And here, he’s so good explaining his moves - it’s rare to see that much shoulder and hip flexibility with strength!

Various fighters use the Samel principle . Use the half reps for building explosive strength for breaking the platô and make one base for other workout Sessions ( focused in aesthetical development using the Full repetitions and others exercises in subdivisions)
