    what is the martial application of your movement?

      depends on the situation. Could be striking as retreating, could be a wrist lock to an arm break, could be a shoulder throw.
      After the 15th episode in this series there will be another applications video to follow up which will include this movement.
      Though generally when I do this movement I think of it as attacking while retreating, cutting over their attacks with my own.

      @@redjademartialartsofmchenry I thought it was a Major Outside Displacement, similar to Judo's O'Soto Makikomi.
