I am using tia portal v15 and using s7 300 plc , my cpu has been read/ write protected what should i do and i have lost the password ? My program and setting has almost done. If i format plc will will i loos everything ? Can i download my previous backup ? Will it work?

How this process is continuous ? Bcoz last timer ka done bit jab 1 hoga tab first timer ka start nahi hoga due to N.C. contact of last timer? We have to reset the first timer for continuous process ...

Do not format , you will lost your program & configuration. Better to find backup first and then go for format.
