Danny Maseng and pianist Michael Skloff perform Ma Tovu at the Abraham Geiger Award ceremony in Germany, in honor of Prince Hassan bin Talal of Jordan.
This song moves me every time. Danny has such a soulful voice. If you ever have the chance to see him in person- seize the opportunity. It is a transformative experience. 🙏❤️
I saw him in person at my Shul in Las Vegas, NV years ago. He was fantastic! It was so good. I love this song! He's also very nice. I shook his hand as I walked out after services that Friday night. What a night!
I love this song, and enjoy singing in with our choir as well. I like this video, but must admit I like the version on "Soul on Fire" just a bit better. Maybe it was the acoustics at that recording. Also check out "Return Again".
besides being very beautiful, it is AMAZING that it was sung for a prince of Jordan...(since the first verse was originally "sung" by Balaam for the King of Moab (Jordan). Numbers 24:5

Such a wonderful version. We do it at our shul and it resonates with all
Best song ever, always makes my day.
Beautiful song, lovingly sung.
This is the definitive version of Ma Tovu for me.
Good
I really love this version of "Ma Tovu". We have sung it at our synagogue.
Baruch HaShem! Essa voz abre as portas dos céus! (This voice opens the doors of heaven!)
Essa música em si abre as portas do céu! Linda demais
This is one of my favorite songs! I can't wait to sing it again :)
Totally agree with you this is a really beautiful song the best version ever!
