Don't tell me because of location. It is just the strata managment fee . It doesn't matter where it is located. Is the strata corrupted? I heard alot of that kind of story.

Brentwood/Gilmore 淨係得condo Bldg. 死城一個。Brentwood Mall 行一次就夠，悶到爆。Gilmore skytrain 夜黑時街燈不多，超恐怖！住Metrotown好過！
Metro town 治安變差 homeless多咗
