Thanks for posting charles. im doing research into my own painful cramps. I believe its my uterus contracting because sometime happens post orgasm or during sleep. This is what Ive learned: Increased progesterone turns into oxytocin. Oxytocin increases frequency and strength of uterine contractions.
Try naproxen sodium, it was originally used to treat inflammation from arthritis. But around 1979 they discovered it also functions to inhibit progesterone, the hormone that causes cramps . It's cheap OTC at Walgreens. Take 2 - 250mg tabs at the first sign of discomfort.
OMG those cramps... They sound like cramps I used to get. You just can't move when you have them, and exercising isn't possible. I haven't had one in years though. I was thinking what changed? I didn't use to drink enough fluids. I didn't have much salt in my diet - there's a balance to be found. Also, I always take 400mg of Ibuprofen the second I feel a rumour of the pain. 200mg didn't touch it! I dunno if that'll help but worth a try. Good luck.
Hey Charles. Like mikey071906 I live 20 to 30 minutes north of Denver. We have two good places to meet other trans guys. One is the Gender Identity Center of CO and the other is the LGBT center downtown (at Colfax and Lafayette). There is an ftm group that meets every Friday evening from 6:30 to 8 at the center. Maybe I'll see you there? Chris

Glad to hear you may be making some progress towards that histo. That sure was a grand tree behind you.
Hope you are getting through your depression, sometimes we have to isolate to know more about ourselves. The setting suits you.
