Wilder Wardens: What does nature mean to young people?

Could you help young people to make a difference for wildlife?
Since early 2023 we have been running Wilder Wardens, an initiative which invites young people aged 11-16 to meet at one of our nature reserves each month, where they carry out practical conservation tasks alongside a reserve warden. The scheme has been a resounding success, with our Wilder Wardens making a real difference to their local reserve, all while enjoying spending time in nature and learning valuable new skills.
You can help us to run more initiatives like this in different areas, offering more children the opportunity to get closer to nature and grow into young people passionate about protecting our local environment.
