Sir getting a java job as a fresher is very difficult. Every company asking minimum 3 to 4 years of experience. How to get job please make a guidance video on it.
The current job market is a little down as we might not have many openings for Java developer role. Hope things will be better in next 2-3 months.

Abhilash, You violating some principles they are:
1. Utility Class should be "stateless"
2. Utility Class should be final and static.
2. For initialization you can use Helper class.
