Power: I went full solar power in my world.
Since the panels have emc until a quite high level they are easy to copy.
Once I found some draconium I made a seed, build a T7 ball and was set for Power at night.
Don't forget that we have flux plugs/points (Flux reborn?) in the pack. It makes moving power so easy❤

(I had emc hickups: if I log out of my world an log in back all the emc values of the items where lost.

Since you are progressing towards needing nether stars:
There is a wither prove block that is op cheap/easy to optain.
I will let you find it yourself, just check JEI for it.😊

Since the drawer controller is more than 12 blocks away from the back wall where you store your seeds, those drawers will not be reached.
Easy fix:
Move the drawer controller to the middle of the room, maybe underneath the crafting table. Then connect it with drawer trim to the other drawers and connect it back to the SR with that external storage.

after getting decent power, i think getting into draconic evolution will be needed as the draconic chest is part of the creative chest

I think i know why you aren't able to grow wheat you need Skylight and having light coming from the sides won't work but to be able to grow it under a shelter you will need to have more lights i suggest 1 glowstone above the water source and 1 glowstone in each of the four cardinal directions from the middle glowstone I do growing of crops underground myself so that should work and if you still lose wheat add more in the four corners
