I have been traveling for long long time with lots of different airlines I have to admit MEA was the best one the best airlines I have been with honestly ❤️
Really impressive considering the economic crisis the country is going through, little indication of cost-cutting infringements on customer experience. A real credit to the institution.
It’s great that there’s such a good airline in Lebanon as MEA. This video confirmes that it can not only survive, but also remain one of the best airlines in Asia. Thanks for this amazing tripreport Sam 👍
MEA is my favorite airline by far! CREW is amazing, their service is amazing, their planes are well maintained and, man... I have been to their training facilities.... Simply Amazing. My hopes are MEA will survive and thrive!
leabenon is a very beautiful country my father used to tell me about it and how he lived for 5 years in Beirut. and how it was fascinating back in the 60s
It is still a very beautiful country by the Med sea! After all it had gone through, it makes it more interesting for the curious driven visitor like myself.
Oldest and well established airline in the Middle East.. Lebanese Air Liban, cedars wings.. always impressed by their resilience, hospitality and unique service
Wow! Totally impressed with this MEA Airline. Very admirable cabin crew onboard, and they seem to be top-notch professionals. Not only is this an amazing video, but the audio editing and equalization could win an award or something.
The airline is actually beautiful but the lebanese ppl are racist curious and opportunist am talking out of experience as am a mixed race of both lebanese and sierra Leonean descent whenever I go to Lebanon I face racist situations in fact I've vowed not to go there any more!!! There are twenty (20) times more Lebanese people live outside Lebanon. For instance, ten (10) times more Lebanese in Brazil than in Lebanon. Just saying.
My friend Mark's dad was from Lebanon, he would talk about the earthquakes how you could be the phone with someone and they say an earthquake has begun, meanwhile it would take another 30sec to 1mintue before you feel the earthquake yourself depending on how far apart you were. Like an early warning system, but person to person. Thanks for highlighting what Lebanon is going through and the beautiful resourceful people they are.
Thanks for a great video Sam! I’m a Lebanese expat and it hurts to see Lebanon hurting from far away. The amount of tourists who made the trip this year is a sunshine we needed in this dark tunnel. You’ll always be welcome in Beirut. Enjoy it!
Hi Sam, amazing work. Thank you for introdcuing us to MEA. Just beautiful cabin crew members; I want to fly MEA just to meet one. Thank upi again for opening up the Middle East. I sill love your first video from Sydney to Singpapore on the A380, having been served a coconut on dry-ice. Cheers...Keep flying.
sam is really inspiring to me because of how excited he gets about the simple things in life, like the tail design. love the channel and love the vibe, inspirational really.
I visited Lebanon four times. First in 1996 six years after the end of civil war and Beirut was destroyed. I spent a lot of time in the countryside. As a travel agent MEA offered me a discount of 75 per cent. Thank you to the arline 🙏😉Then I returned for arabic courses and holidays. Lebanon is beautiful and I am sad for so many struggles. Lebanese are so nice and do not deserve what they are facing now. Thank you for the video.
Been to Beirut 3 times last time was in 2001. Turkish Airlines from Manchester to Istanbul and had a layover!!! Then Turkish to Beirut. The last time was with British Airways ....the flight had come from Damascus, and as we took off from Beirut the stewardess had just come from the flight deck as the pilot rotated! Had to catch the stewardess and pull her to the seat beside me. Chateau musar is a lovely full bodied red from the Bekka valley. Lot of good wine from there
Very nice report/video again Sam! What a beautiful (short) flight full of quality. What an extremely beautiful and friendly flight attendant, silky soft landing from the captain. Thanks for making another nice video. MEA go for it!
I haven’t flown on MEA since I lived in Kuwait in the early 1970s. Your video brought tears of nostalgia to my eyes. I so wish the best to the people of Lebanon. You were my favorite place to visit as a child.
What an amazing airline but what a sad state for the country. Constant interference from other regional and international countries has turned this amazing country into rubble. I hope the resilience, beauty, and warmth of its amazing people help Lebanon find its way back to economic and social prosperity! Best wishes from India.
I am thrilled you went to Lebanon, I have a very good friends that are from there. Their daughter attends the American University there. They have told me about the power issues and the long wait for gas too. But, I will share this video with them, I know they will be thrilled. Love your vlogs,
A beautiful country and people, MEA flight attendants always elegant, I feel so sorry for the Lebanese people, they have endured so much for so long, the old paint job looks great again.

Lebanon people have a beautiful country bt they’ve faced a lot of problems I wish them to recovery financial crisis. Thanks sam for showing this incredible videos.
I’ve flown many times to Beirut; MEA has always done a good job. The only complaint I have is their food selection never changed. It was always very good and enough, just always the same thing. And the flight attendants were always friendly (and beautiful)
Great food, hospitality and gorgeous women, what else do you need on a flight. I hope Lebanon will overcome its issues, it’s one of the few places I would like to visit at some point in the future if it’s even possible for me to do so given the US is suffering it’s own issues
