- We are making this one look pretty easy!! The c8 frame swap is pretty much complete and were ready to keep moving. This build is going to be a fun one when its all said and done. Cant wait to show you guys the end result. Thanks For Watching!!!

You all are amazing! Figured out the panel bond scheme in no time. Your craftsmanship skills have just gotten better over the years from the days you were in your parent's garage. Truly impressive!

Back in the day I assembled Revell plastic car models……..and that was beyond my skill level. This is absolutely mind boggling!
rob dahm started to not ended up taking it to a dealership body shop or something because he couldn't get the parts without being certified.... and i promise you that these two 🤡 would NEVER get certified

Been stuck at a Pilot since the 27th of December, when my load was rejected. Have to wait until GM comes back on 1/2/24 to see if I get to take it back to Laredo. Having a video posted and the Michigan/Alabama game on the radio, is Heaven to me!
I'm glad I watched until the end and that you copped that Zo6 front... but I say again, go for the ZO6 wide body with quad exhaust. C'mon, Goonz, go for it... You've done enough oem.
I kind of do like the two tone , a little lining up the paint match and bobs your uncle you have a sharp two tone corvette !
What amazes me is just how you are able to put these cars back together so fast. All the wiring, insulation, components, screw, etc, etc. I know you take pictures to help u remember how they go back together but I would think having to look at pictures would really slow down the whole process. You guys are really amazing.
If you put the car together really soon after dissassembly, no need for pics (i restore my car without pics and without problems).
Pics are really just a back up for if you forget something or loose it or double check that it looks like before 95% is memory
When you see how these guys work sometimes tearing into one car only to put aside for several months. Then going back to work on it when a part comes in to finish the build. It still truly amazing ( at least to me) how fast they get these cars back together.

Looks great two toned like that all you would have to do is paint the doors so the blue of the bottom of the fender meets with the blue on the quarter panel. Leave the rest black. Would be your first two tone paint job.

That combination of blue and black is looking super slick hope you guys can maintain that combination.
Tips for ya. Use a torch with a propane tank. To heat the panels / heating the panel bond. Use panel bond to fill in all the cracks put it on the back side. And go about 2 inches over the cracks. This is so when you sand out the front side and get under the jell coat. The panel is still on one pice. Then all you have to do is build up and blend the fiber glass on the front side. laying your glass needs to be 1 inch bigger better each layer. Put 3 to 5 layers. Of glass at the repair. When working with fiberglass put on 4 pairs of gloves at the same time. So you can just peal of the top layer. And keep on working.

You know your Parts Best.. What is the good parts for "ONE" car - the part of what you don't need. Great Content.. The THICKNESS of the OEM panel / structure bond seems pretty darn "THICK"... for a high-end car.. hmm.. YOU May be the first in the nation to peel apart and make-new a Vette!
