Easy BBQ Rice Recipe: Ready in 30 Minutes

1kg chicken 🐔
salt 1tsp
black pepper 2tsp
chill sauce 5tsp
vinegar 3tsp
ginger and garlic paste 3tsp
soya sauce 5tsp
lemon juice 3tsp
youghurt half cup
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
mixed all together 1 hours
make a sauce
mayonnaise one cup
ketchup half cup
salt tsp
chill sauce half cup
black paper 5tsp
mixed all together ready sauce rice layer
one kg boil rice
Add chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until
Add garlic and smoked paprika, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant
all vegetables 5 minutes fry
Stir in the rice, coating it in the flavors. Add the BBQ sauce, chicken or vegetable broth, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Optionally, add corn and diced bell peppers for extra flavor and color
