My god I glad I lived long enough to find help for ACEs and unable to achieve attachment to adults. Great content.
I disagree that trauma is a brain disorder. It is a result of some events or happenings in one's life. It is like an injury. It heals over time but it's scars remain. For some even the scars disappears which is unique to the individuals concerned.
This man deserved a Nobel prize.
