This is a jam favorite here in Ohio. The Scioto is a river that runs south through Columbus. There is debate from different groups about whether the E minor or the C comes first in the B part, some do it one way, some the other way.
@gbullmaster you folks have great taste in jam tunes! :) Yeah, so fun how those little differences spring up over time. One of my favorite things about folk music is how different versions can (and nearly always do!) evolve as the tunes travel through time and around the world. So cool!
I subscribed, my brother had a big upright Piano in a Home Bought In Minnesota. When he sold the Home I asked him what happened to the Piano? He said it comes with the Home, Dam thing is Heavy! Then you left your Wife there too I asked! its a bad joke! My Wife hits me every time I tell it!
