This is timing… I’ve been watching/searching for the truth about God, about Jesus and watching some commentary about Christianity thhheeeennn commennnttss section. Haha I wanted to make them understand about the truth but it’s hard to just keep commenting and others won’t accept and understand. So I always leave my comments with prayer that God open their spiritual eyes to truly realize and see the truth about Jesus…
pastor said that a believer being possesed is not in the bible......(i watch this pastor before i lead bible study....i love this pastor) but how about judis...the bible says satan entered him.....im not a pastor...maybe im reading it wrong....JESUS IS LORD....Have a blessed JESUS filled day😁
The reason satan or any demon cannot possess a believer is because we are already possessed by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit residing within us did not become a factor until after Jesus's death and resurrection (John 20:22). Also some passages within the four Gospels and some commentary on them state that while Judas was a follower of Jesus he did not believe Jesus as the Messiah he claimed to be, his view of the Messiah was more consistent with that of the Modern day Judaism, he believed the Messiah to be mortal servant chosen by God who would re-establish the kingdom of Israel and bring about the Messianic Age. In other words, Judas never believed or had faith that Jesus was God.
A person who is born of God cannot have demon possession however, satan and his influence do come and can bring oppression (Demonic influence/control/torment) into a life of a believer.

Question, as it pertains to believers having demons or demonic possession: how do we view the time Jesus said to Peter, " get behind me Satan"?
