I first heard the version of New Jeans as I was watching My Demon and the moment I heard it, I knew that the song isn't newly composed and I am right! This song is so good! I am so much into old Korean songs that I hear on kdramas. They are so much meaningful and has a very calming melody.
Same, I instantly like it the first time hearing it. I knew there was something unusual about the song but can't quite describe what it is but your comment enlighten me. Just found out that it wasn't originally written by NewJeans when I carefully look for the lyrics. The song itself is really nice, I really like both this and NewJeans version.

Literally same! Just started My Demon earlier last week and instantly fell in love with the song when I heard it! I immediately had to look it up because I had a feeling also. When I found this I was like I knew it was an older song 😅 I agree that older Korean songs also have my heart! Glad to see others felt the same way lol
