I've personally found that Amazon works better for me mostly because it's print-on-demand. Since my audience is international for a decent amount, having local printers to their region reduces the cost of shipping along with wait time. I do wish they had hardcover printing options but at the end of the day doing Amazon was the more cost-effective option for me personally.
Hey, and sometimes, you have an idea, but then after a while, you think it's not good enough! Or you just have to redo some things after grabbing ideas from a long time ago. It's crazy making books.
Was is only me, or did somebody else think that she meant “how to write an entire book in three minutes” not “a video on how to write a book in three minutes”?
I am also in the process of writing my first book. Did you ever get the feeling that the book you are writing is just too complex and far too ambitious for you to be the one writing it? This is my problem right now. The complex topics of my own book are scaring me to the point that I can't seem to be able to finish it. I already wrote like120k words and it should be done at around 200k but im so scared to finish it for some reason. Any tips to get over this fear?
Having complex topics is really good for books because it gives people food for thought. If you're worried about people not understanding the topics or that there might be something wrong with them, you can usualy check it with a group of alpha or beta readers for extra security. Having an extra set of eyes is kind of like a safety net to make sure everything is on the up n up. Hopefully this helps ^^

I'm curious if selling on Amazon is worth it or if I'd be better served printing 25-50 copies at a vanity press and selling them by hand.

Man, this makes me want to continue reading my book.
Gosh I hope I can finally get around to finishing my book. I'm so ready to have it completed.
Finally, some good fucking food.
How are you so underrated?
I sort of like it having that silent outro. Was nice as I look at it a second time.
