One question I have is whether or not you can just manually create annotations and designating them as positive or negative, then train a classifier to detect cells as positive or negative without first going to the analyze menu and going through the sometimes cumbersome step of detecting cells. I have tried this approach without success.
Thanks for all these efforts! I have one last question: I created four folders for a research project but would like to put those four folders into one big folder so I can easily access the project instead of opening and closing each project one by one. Is there a way to do that without letting the annotation vanish? Thanks!
