Hello, Iโm wondering if the sliding doors have a stopper? Iโd love a swim out room, but would also love to open the door a bit to listen to the waves (unless it gets too hot).
Also, I read that the pools are kept at 83degrees , are the swim out pools kept heated as well? ๐
Hi Shannon! I don't recall the rooms having screens, so you definitely wouldn't want to keep the sliding door open. I believe all of the pools are heated - they're certainly always in use!! Thanks for watching!

Got one more question my wife smokes and I was wondering if that would be an issue?
No itโs fine - there are designated smoking areas. If she likes to smoke first thing in the morning, you may want to book the most basic room category as this has a walk out patio. All others have a French or full balcony but youโre not allowed to smoke on those. Thanks for watching!
Can you explain the difference between the two tours? Club vs regular ? I'm looking at going in July (little worried about rain). The room I'm looking at the Plunge Pool King Suite. I've seen some conflicting details about what the room actually offers (maybe incorrect videos). The trip is for my, my husband and my daughter
Hi Darbi! The regular rooms are all in the main tower which is the building with the lobby, coffee shop, lobby bar, but this is also the building where the Plunge Pool rooms are located. They DO have access to the Club Tower lounge, which isn't a huge deal other than you have a quieter area to grab a drink and varied snacks through the day and a little more personalized service since there's less people here. So Iโve been there about 15 times and itโs my happy place. But about the bedsโฆyes the mattresses are extra comfy and the linens are super soft, but they use some kind of mattress protector that produces the sweatiest sleep in the history of sleeping. I canโt do it. I always request an extra blanket and sleep on top of the comforter. ๐จ๐ฆ
Well linens are always a part of these type of renovations so fingers ๐ค they improve this. Iโm excited to see the changes though and do hope they keep the back side as adult only. Thanks for watching!
Hi! I was wondering if everyone who stays at the Hyatt at PV gets the all-inclusive. The Hyatt website is kind of confusing me because it doesnโt clearly state that we will get all-inclusive. So based on your experience does everyone at the hotel get the same thing or do some people not get meals and stuff at all with their room?
Good question. Some resort chains offer options for this but Hyatt Ziva is not one of them. There is no option to simply book a room and pay for food or drinks separately. All guests have the all inclusion package so all meals snacks and drinks are included. Thanks for watching!
You sure you donโt work for Hyatt ? Haha. You sure seem to favor them. We are considering the ziva in Cabo or Vallarta for April. Canโt decide. Like the beach and rooms in Vallarta but like the layout and pools better in Cabo. As usual great video. Thanks.
Ha ha. Well if I did a video like this on a lower class but more popular brand, it would get way more views but finding staff to collaborate on a project like this is impossible. Hence choosing Hyatt. Theyโre a pleasure to work with.
Tough call for the trip. Iโd probably lean toward Cabo because there are more dining choices and bars and pool areas. Beach is better in PV - agreed - but fun to watch those waves in Cabo too, even if you canโt swim in them. Let me know which one you pick!

Thank you for the good videos! I have couple of questions. Can Main tower occupants get snacks or drinks at the Club one? Is aquathermal with sauna and steam room at the spa free of charge or you can purchase a package to go there on the daily basis?
Hi Natalie! No - if youโre not in a Club room, you cannot access the Club lounge. Itโs exclusive for club guests. I believe you either get one free entry into the spa water therapy area per week or maybe itโs just a lower charge for just that. You can definitely buy access to it daily though!

Question, if I have the partial ocean king room. That means I'm staying at the smaller tower correct? Just confirming because I kind of want to stay at the main tower ๐ค
Hi Mya! Yes you are correct! You'll be on one of the lower floors of the main building, close to the Asian restaurant, as well as the Italian and the main lobby bar and coffee shop. This building also has straight-on views of the sunset, so you'll enjoy that! I hope you have a fabulous trip! Cheers ๐
