Love the choice of tile. I don't envy all the painting you are doing. I painted the interior of my house a few years ago by myself. All the prep work and cutting in made the whole process one I never want to repeat again!
I enjoy watching your progress, but find the background music incredibly irritating- worse than hold music on the phone! Please investigate alternatives and mix it up a bit. ❤
Good job on the tiles, guys. As an Ascot local, for the past 42 years, I feel bound to mention that I was able to find the house, on Google maps, in about 45 seconds, for the simple reason that very few houses back on to that creek, which you have wisely left un-named.

@UNXPIR3D Gidday, from a fellow Brisbane youtuber of 18 years. RUclips being what it IS, I only found your videos last night; then binge-watched the lot! Absolutely amazing transformation, done by LOTS of very hard, arduous work on your behalves! Congratulations on jobs well done! In random order, as I forget which videos covered what: I guessed when I saw the first concreters truck company name blurred out, that something must've gone wrong! SHAMEFUL work they did! - I HOPE they at least gave some form of compensation!? The jetty is fabulous - Not sure if fishing is something you guys are into, but boy would that be handy if you are! Just a word of caution when entering the water; bullsharks are well known to travel in all waterways - it mightn't be too common that they travel past you, but very likely that that DO, at times. I THINK those fish looked closely like Mullet (a fish that was commonly sold in fish and chip shops when I was growing up in Brisbane, but very rarely see them for sale now). Also; I can only assume as I didn't see any signs of past flood damage, that the house escaped our previous floods, so hopefully you'll be ok when the next big one comes...Sorry for trying to compact several points into one comment, but I watched on my big screen in the lounge last night, so can't leave comments on it. Thank you so much! 😁We are still battling the terracotta floors at the moment…and looking forward to sharing the finished floor hopefully very soon! 🤞🏻 and with the weather slowly cooling down, getting back into the gardens…we aren’t into fishing, however love sitting on the jetty and just watching the tides change and the wildlife… Thank you for sharing in the Journey with us!
@@UNXPIR3D Yes; the floors are looking good, I'm glad you chose that pattern for the replacements. Thank goodness for the cooler weather! Was getting quite uncomfortable for a while there, wasn't it!? I love my local wildlife too.. which is why so many of my less formal videos feature them 😁 Looking forward to your next chapter!👍
I like the random placement of the stone tiles. That's a unique feature. What happened with all the "treasures" that you found? Did you sell them on marketplace or ebay? I'd like to see an update about that. Cheers.
Great choice with those tiles. They look fabulous. I have been wondering what you guys have been up to. We have had very high humidity here this year. It’s not usually this bad as the sea breezes usually blows it away. Been far too much rain this year.

Did you report the abandoned boat and try to retrieve it? Maybe you could renovate it and put it in your creek.

It was a good idea to replace the tiles with the ones you choose; would not have found replacements the exact color.
