With changelings being my favorite type of villain in the mlp universe, I kinda have to admit.. I enjoyed this story. It would explain a bit about their life and how they were so cruel. Really gotta love their backstories..
Sort of makes me think of the dialogue between Kratos and Aries from the first God of War game; Ares; I was trying to make you a great warrior! Kratos; You succeeded! Replace the dialogue with Puparia and Chrysalis of course. Still, another great reading. :)
Kratos: "You tricked me into killing my entire family!" Ares: *For the love of - will you stop whining about it already? Anyways you're still coming into work tomorrow, right?*
Twilight: so that’s why you’re going attacking the castle when you’re mother hates you! Chrysalis: well yes and I have four sisters and I truly hate my mother who wants to kill me but I killed her Twilight: *[hugs chrysalis]* don’t worry it’s going to be ok I’m here with you starlight and my friends chrysalis Chrysalis: GET OFF OF ME YOU PURPLE ALICORN FREAK!? Miasma: looks like you have a great couples~ Calliphora: mother doesn’t like to see you and your girlfriend Myxine: oh dear Ambrosia: awww so cute! Chrysalis: SHUT UP!?
Yup! It's that simple! She's just a poor, sad hunk of depression inside that villainy! Why, oh why didn't she join Starlight Glimmer when she offered the chance?!
Wonderful story. I love bits if insight in to the hive like this. It might or might not be accurate but still it gets the right kind of thinking going. Especially like the explanations of the drone instincts towards the queens.
Yes fanfic reading time again! i love the Friday 13th intro Scribbler! and as usual everyone did a splendid and righteous job on this reading make no mistake about it, a very Happy Friday 13th to you all!!!
