That takes planning and discipline, cause it’s not a quick fix. Also, that final trade with Carolina was not the initial offer. Poles added DJ Moore to it, and who knows what else. Losing him was apart of Carolina being the worse team the following year, which eventually got us Caleb.
Poles made so many bad moves that I'm sure now that he's not good in evaluating talent. I like the guy but from what I have seen the sooner they find somebody else the better
