As soon as you mentioned patience with yourself the first words that came to my mind were "instant gratification," so nice to know we were thinking along the same lines. You're right about quality content taking time, one channel I enjoy watching is Oversimplified who does animated historical videos that simplify things for viewers as basically an introduction to a historical topic and that channel goes a long time between uploads and they do high quality work.
Thank you for sharing your gifts with us. Your original channel helps educate people about Jane Austen and the Regency Era, making it easier to understand those pieces of great literature. On both channels you help bring smiles to peoples faces with your genuineness and wit.

never underestimate the power of positive thinking combined with suggestion

I can relate. I'm also a Type A, goal oriented, perfectionist, and I catch myself, all the time, getting mad at myself for dumb things (like berating myself for being so clumsy when I spill something).
And I can relate to it being too warm outside. 😅
Everything is harder when it's too hot to move, haha.

@@ElectraDashwood Weirdly, for me, I make them quick. But my videos are teaching and writing text mostly

However, I’ve learned that sometimes blissful indifference is a good strategy.
It’s nice to be impatient…sometimes.
