Hi what if i have to merged particular number of line items from different sheet like if i have 100 sheets with 100k line item in each sheet but i want to make a different single merged sheet of 100k by picking 1000 line items from each

in 4th code, if my workbook has multiple sheets, and some files are in hide , now i want merge only the sheet3 from all the files in folder . for every file i am getting the system promt of "update-- dont update- cancel" and other thing is how to ignore the header rows which repeating multiple times.

In 4th code What I basically want is to merge multiple excel files into one workbook. I only want to keep the header row from the first excel file and ignore header row of the remaining excel files (as they are all the same). So the end result should be the Header + data from the first excel file and from the remaining excel file I only need the data rows, not the first row which has column heading similar to the first file. The below copy paste all the rows and columns from all the excel files .can you help me out in this
